Hitachi Energy’s Power Transformers unit in Ludvika is hiring a Production Supervisor for the A-Don/Core Segment/Winding Support area. The role leads approximately 20–30 employees, focuses on quality and performance targets, coaches and develops the team, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with Quality, Finance, and HR. The position requires relevant technical or leadership education or equivalent experience, prior production or industrial people-leadership experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Swedish and English.
