POM Wonderful is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead and supervise production workers across juice processing, arils processing, and sanitation. The role plans and coordinates daily production, enforces SOPs and food-safety programs, monitors equipment and inventory, manages labor and production records, and collaborates with quality, maintenance, logistics, and sanitation teams. The position requires at least 2–4 years of progressively responsible production experience in a supervisory capacity, with manufacturing experience preferred, and offers $75,000–$80,000 plus up to 5% bonus potential.
