Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager oversees production operations, budgets, working capital, cost reduction, revenue growth, factory and supplier yields, product field failures, operator training, and continuous improvement. The role supports cross-functional plant teams, integrates lean manufacturing principles, and is responsible for manufacturing work-center results. It requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of team-supervision experience in manufacturing or operations, strong leadership and analytical skills, intermediate to advanced Excel, Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC knowledge, machine troubleshooting, and U.S. work authorization.
