Description
The Advanced Manufacturing/Production Management role reports to a Production Supervisor and is responsible for resource allocation, capacity planning, production scheduling, equipment and facility improvements, and execution of volume, quality, and on-time delivery targets for assigned production lines. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, or motor-related fields, more than five years of Advanced Manufacturing or Production Management experience, knowledge of motor performance and MES, an innovative and ownership-driven mindset, and proficient English verbal and writing skills. The High Power Division focuses on large AC motors and generators.
