ABB is hiring an onsite Production Manager in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to coordinate plant equipment, personnel, production processes, schedules, quality, safety, and continuous-improvement activities. The role reports to the Area Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience, an associate’s degree with at least four years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least six years of experience. Preferred qualifications include manufacturing supervisory experience, Lean Six Sigma certification, Shopfloor Display, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Workday.
