ABB is hiring a Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations in a production sector under the Operations Director. The role oversees production planning, delivery targets, quality and safety compliance, continuous-improvement projects, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. It is a day-shift-only position requiring an industrial, mechanical, or related engineering degree, at least five years of relevant manufacturing or technological production-supervision experience, leadership and problem-solving skills, knowledge of Lean and Kaizen, and proficiency with production management tools such as ERP, MES, and Excel.
