ABB is hiring an onsite Manufacturing Operations Manager to manage production budgets, working capital, cost reduction, revenue growth, on-time delivery, factory and supplier yields, and product field failure rates. The role oversees operator training, continuous improvement, manufacturing work-center results, and cross-functional plant teams, while integrating lean manufacturing principles. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of team-supervision experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or operations environment, strong leadership and analytical skills, intermediate to advanced Excel ability, and U.S. work authorization; semi-automatic or electrical product production-line experience and Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC knowledge are preferred.
