ABB is hiring an onsite Production Line Manager to lead a team within a production unit or line in Juarez, Nuevo Leon. The role is responsible for executing production processes, allocating resources, meeting volume and delivery targets, planning capacity, resolving equipment and product issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of similar experience, production planning and KPI management experience, knowledge of quality and safety systems, Lean methodology knowledge, intermediate English, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
