Description
The onsite Production Engineer role reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for allocating resources, planning capacity, scheduling production, meeting volume and delivery targets, improving equipment and facilities, resolving product and equipment issues, and developing direct and indirect subordinates. The role requires an engineering degree, more than three years of related experience, knowledge of production-engineering tools, strong analytical and communication skills, English proficiency, and Turkish language knowledge.
