ABB is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead its afternoon shift at a manufacturing facility. The role reports to the Integrated Production Unit Leader and is responsible for safety, production execution, quality, on-time delivery, operational improvements, equipment and product issue resolution, staffing, performance management, team development, and continuous improvement. The position requires experience leading manufacturing teams, coaching and mentoring, and applying Lean manufacturing and operational excellence principles.
