ABB is hiring an onsite Manufacturing Production Supervisor in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The role reports to the Operations Manager and works 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include allocating resources, leading capacity planning, meeting production and delivery targets, improving production performance, resolving product and equipment issues, and developing a skilled work group. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, at least two years of experience, computer literacy, and strong communication skills; U.S. work authorization is required.
