Description
The Production Supervisor oversees the processing and packaging of finished baked goods, including finished-product packaging, equipment maintenance, quality and sanitation compliance, production scheduling, employee training, safety, and coordination of production employees and operators. The role requires a high school diploma, inventory-related experience, strong organizational and computer skills, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and 3–5 years of related experience; a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
