Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor for a Monday–Friday day-shift, 9/80 schedule. The role supervises and coordinates manufacturing workers performing assembly, welding, fabrication, testing, and inspection; supports hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations; maintains production documentation; monitors materials and product quality; and implements corrective actions and process improvements. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent education, training, and 2–5 years of related production experience, along with technical fabrication skills, leadership, communication, computer, and problem-solving abilities.
