Description
AFL is hiring a Production Supervisor for its fiber-optic cable and telecommunications equipment assembly operations in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico. The role follows a fixed Friday-to-Sunday schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is responsible for coordinating production plans, monitoring productivity and quality metrics, managing labor and material resources, supporting production lines, and meeting customer delivery expectations. Candidates must have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, 3 to 5 years of production-supervision experience, experience managing 50 to 120 people, experience with manual or artisanal assembly, office proficiency, and residence in Nuevo León.
