Description
Arc is hiring a full-time, on-site Supervisor, Production to lead manufacturing of high-voltage battery systems and powertrain subassemblies for marine vessels. The role owns safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and production performance; leads and develops production technicians; executes production plans; resolves technical issues with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing leadership; drives root-cause analysis and process improvements; and supports new product introductions and manufacturing growth. Candidates need at least five years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment, prior team or project leadership experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The base salary is $120,000 for M1 and $140,000 for M2 annually, with equity grants, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
