Description
AST SpaceMobile is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee the mechanical and electrical assembly of complex satellite systems for its growing LEO constellation. The role supervises production operations, quality, throughput, personnel, training, continuous improvement, safety, and cross-functional coordination, and works a 3x12 shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a 25% pay premium. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, science, or a related technical field is preferred; the role also requires at least five years of experience supervising production teams of at least 10 direct employees.
