Base is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to lead its growing manufacturing team and establish the culture of its production floor. The role oversees Production Associates, supports quality, safety, Lean and 5S practices, root-cause analysis, throughput, production ramping, onboarding, and administrative operations. Candidates need at least three years of production-supervision experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments, along with experience scaling production, familiarity with Lean or 5S, and adaptability to a startup environment.
