Description
Bee Sweet Citrus is hiring a Fresh Citrus Packing Line Supervisor to oversee one of its fresh citrus packing lines, including sorting and packing over one million cartons of California citrus. The role supervises line supervisors, packers, graders, and general labor; operates sorting equipment; optimizes productivity; manages inventory; implements food safety requirements; trains employees; and reports to upper management and the sales team. The position requires at least three years of supervisory experience, inventory management experience, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a noisy, stationary-shift environment. Pay is $25-$30 hourly, with paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, a wellness program, and a 401(k) with guaranteed matching contributions.
