Description
The Production Supervisor oversees the safe and efficient operation of process facilities, ensuring adherence to high operational standards. This involves leading production staff, coordinating daily activities, assisting with maintenance planning, and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations. Key responsibilities include direct supervision of various team members, accurate reporting via the AMOS system, providing performance feedback, managing production history, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing solutions to prevent bottlenecks. The supervisor must ensure safe operations, understand isolation standards and risk assessments, coordinate PTW systems, manage hazardous substance handling, interpret data, prepare for maintenance, oversee WO close-out, develop operating procedures, communicate effectively, minimize commercial losses, facilitate smooth shift changes, understand chemical injection systems, and maintain overall plant hygiene.
