Chromalloy is hiring an on-site Production Supervisor in Orangeburg, New York, for a Friday–Sunday 4th shift. The role leads manufacturing production teams and oversees scheduling, safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, employee development, continuous improvement, and operational records. Candidates need an associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of manufacturing experience, and strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills; aerospace, machining, welding, inspection, Lean, Six Sigma, and production-planning experience are preferred. The position requires U.S. work authorization and may involve overtime, evening, weekend, and holiday work.
