Chromalloy is hiring an on-site Production Supervisor in Windsor, Connecticut, for a Monday-Friday first-shift role leading manufacturing production teams. The position oversees production scheduling, staffing, labor utilization, machining operations, quality, safety, customer commitments, Lean and continuous improvement, and employee development, while partnering with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance. Candidates need an associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of manufacturing experience including three years in leadership, and experience leading production teams.
