Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing team producing high-quality optical fiber products. The role oversees production scheduling, safety and compliance, quality standards, equipment and staffing, employee development, and coordination with Engineering, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS. It requires a bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, production-supervision experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
