Hermitage Processing Inc., a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., is hiring a Production Supervisor for its facility in Hermitage, Newfoundland and Labrador. The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on leading production staff, enforcing policies and procedures, meeting production timelines and quality standards, and managing a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The company seeks a candidate with strong people management, communication, computer, time management, and organizational skills, plus 3–5 years of supervisory experience; seafood production experience is an asset.
