Cooper Standard is hiring an on-site production supervision professional to manage a manufacturing unit's safety, production, quality, and continuous improvement objectives. The role plans and coordinates personnel, materials, and technical resources; ensures parts meet manufacturing plans and customer specifications; trains and coaches employees; manages scheduling and production reporting; addresses operational risks and incidents; maintains quality and HSE compliance; and supports continuous improvement initiatives. A two- or four-year degree pathway plus two to four years of supervisory experience, or more than three years of practical supervision or management experience, is required.
