Description
The Manufacturing Manager leads and supports the segment manufacturing team under the Plant Manager, managing personnel, work release, production flow, quality, safety, staffing, equipment, and continuous improvement. The role is responsible for manufacturing metrics, lean and 5S practices, routing and bills of materials, new product and process introductions, cost-saving initiatives, and coordination with maintenance and HR. It requires manufacturing process knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, independent judgment, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.
