Description
The position directs assigned production leaders and operators in an automotive manufacturing plant, with accountability for production, efficiency, quality, safety, attendance, shipments, staffing, standardized work, employee development, and environmental compliance. The role coordinates line startups, continuous improvement activities such as LPA and 5S, audits, safety actions, KPI action plans, and team meetings, while exercising authority to stop unsafe operations and evaluate and manage supervised employees.
