Description
The Production Manager directs all production and related services, supervises production operators and staff, implements production plans, coordinates with quality assurance and other plant departments, maintains safety and quality standards, trains employees, troubleshoots production upsets, and supports scheduling and continuous-improvement efforts. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field with 1–3 years of related experience, or a high school diploma or GED equivalent with 5–7 years of related experience or training.
