Description
The Production Supervisor reports to the Director of Operations and provides hands-on leadership to a production team, overseeing output, quality, safety, training, efficiency, scheduling, inventory, equipment, and continuous improvement. The role requires post-secondary education in a related field, at least 1–2 years of production-line supervisory experience, food-industry GMP and HACCP knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and work overtime. Forklift and reach licenses, packing-equipment experience, and Lean or 5S knowledge are assets.
