Description
The Production Supervisor – Retail Assembly will oversee daily retail assembly production at the Cha-am factory in Phetchaburi, Thailand, reporting to the Production Manager. The role manages manpower, attendance, overtime, productivity, quality, safety, on-time delivery, production issues, cross-functional coordination, continuous improvement, and the development of team leaders and operators. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, manufacturing, or a related field, 3–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, assembly operations experience, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, quality systems, safety management, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
