Forvia is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee production performance for designated groups in an automotive technology manufacturing environment. The role focuses on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets, continuous improvement, team problem-solving, quality workshops, personnel management, employee development, and compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards. Candidates need an associate's degree or diploma in production-focused engineering, 1–3 years of production experience preferably in automotive, strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and operational English.
