Forvia is hiring a Production Supervisor in San José Iturbide, Gto. The role oversees Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance for designated production groups, sets targets, implements plans, tracks results, leads problem-solving and quality-improvement workshops, manages personnel and team development, and maintains compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment standards. The position requires an associate's degree in engineering or a diploma specializing in production, 1–3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and operational-level English.
