Description
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production and manufacturing operations, including scheduling, output, quality, shipping, inventory, equipment maintenance, safety, employee development, and workforce management. The role requires five years of progressive metal fabrication experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions; five to ten years of plant manufacturing experience, KPI accountability, Epicor dashboard experience, and stress-management ability are preferred. The salary range is $25.00-$43.00.
