Flex is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead its production department in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, focusing on low-voltage equipment. The role supervises production teams, launches production lines, plans quality, timeliness, and cost targets, coordinates subcontractors, collaborates with engineering and other functional teams, manages corrective actions and budgets, develops staff, and implements Lean, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives. The position requires a university degree, at least three years of production or operations management experience, English and Polish fluency, and practical Lean manufacturing knowledge; SAP knowledge and experience with datacenter infrastructure are advantageous.
