Description
The Production Supervisor will oversee and support cannabis manufacturing operations in a hands-on, plant-floor role. Responsibilities include leading and coaching production employees, organizing workflows, establishing departmental policies and goals, monitoring output and compliance, maintaining inventory and safety standards, supporting budgeting and production efficiency, and conducting root-cause analysis. The role requires at least five years of production experience, two years in supervisory capacity, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of continuous-improvement methods.
