Description
The Injection Molding Shift Supervisor coordinates and supervises a manufacturing shift, manages molding machines, tooling, automation, material changeovers, quality, productivity, safety, and TPM activities, and troubleshoots defects and downtime. The role also supervises and mentors shift supervisors, coordinates temporary labor, supports continuous improvement, and participates in management and corrective-action reviews. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of injection-molding manufacturing experience, and at least three years of manufacturing supervisory experience; two years of trade school or an associate degree or higher is desired. The shift runs from 3pm to 11pm, with occasional travel possible.
