Description
The Fabrication Supervisor manages warehouse employees involved in fabrication, including hiring, training, work planning, retention, safety, performance, and discipline. The role supports the Center Manager with output goals, process improvement, reporting, purchasing research, and inventory control, while requiring leadership, planning, quality, mathematical, computer, and physical capabilities. A bachelor’s degree, comparable work experience, or a combination of the two is required, along with at least five years of related industry and management experience.
