Hood Container Corporation is hiring a Production Supervisor for its 3520 Dillon Rd, Jamestown, North Carolina facility. The role leads safety, quality, productivity, and improvement initiatives; plans, assigns, and directs hourly production employees; manages Line Coordinators and Leads; monitors labor and production results; ensures safe equipment operation; and performs root-cause analysis. The position requires a high school education or equivalent, at least five years of leadership experience, experience with high-speed flexo-folder gluer machines in corrugated manufacturing, customer-service or plant-operations experience, and basic computer skills. It is available for the third and second shifts.
