Howmet Aerospace Structures Systems is hiring an Operations Supervisor for its Operations Department at its forging facility in Harvard, Massachusetts. Reporting to an Area Manager, the supervisor leads hourly workforce members, ensures EHS and production goals are met, manages employee relations, maintains records, supports lean manufacturing and cost-savings initiatives, and coordinates with management, vendors, and production planning staff. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and lean manufacturing experience are preferred.
