Description
Infinite Electronics is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations at its Lewisville facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role oversees approximately 25 to 30 production employees, production schedules, safety, quality, productivity, staffing, coaching, and continuous improvement while supporting the transfer of assembly work from other sites and future facility growth. The position requires at least three years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or distribution, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and experience in electronics manufacturing, light industrial assembly, cable or connectivity products, and scaling operations preferred.
