Inovar Packaging Group, LLC is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee label production operations. The role supervises and evaluates employees, organizes workflows and production schedules, provides technical leadership and training, ensures safe equipment operation and maintenance, conducts first-article quality control, monitors job costing, and recommends process improvements. Candidates need production-supervision or production-lead experience, manufacturing machinery proficiency, strong organizational and leadership abilities, communication and problem-solving skills, and a high school diploma; a technical, engineering, or related degree is preferred.
