Description
Intuitive is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to lead or support production-line performance goals, including safety, absenteeism, turnover, output, yield, efficiency, downtime, and scrap. The role oversees Lean Manufacturing initiatives, production issues, employee hiring and development, quality and safety compliance, process improvements, material disposition, and support for engineering, quality, and process validation activities. Candidates need at least three years of supervisor or engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, MRP, and SAP.
