ABBA Roller is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee the assigned production department at its Ontario, California facility. The role manages daily scheduling, capacity, safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, inventory, cost, employee supervision, equipment maintenance, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and talent development. It requires an associate degree or high school diploma/GED plus four years of relevant experience, experience in low-volume/high-mix manufacturing, lean manufacturing, ERP and MES systems, and manufacturing process knowledge.
