Description
Kepak is hiring a Production Supervisor at its Ballybay manufacturing site to lead daily production activities, ensure food safety, quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, monitor performance and KPIs, support maintenance, planning, and warehouse teams, and coach production staff. The role follows a four-day shift pattern covering both morning and evening shifts from Monday to Saturday, and requires prior supervisory experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, FMCG, or a similar production environment, along with knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
