Description
Molex is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead fiber optics manufacturing operations in El Salto, Jalisco. The role will establish and develop a new shift, coordinate approximately 40 operators, drive production plans and schedules, monitor quality and safety, resolve operational challenges, analyze OEE and downtime, lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, train and coach employees, prepare performance reports, maintain inventory controls, and support compliance. A bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and at least three years of production supervision experience in electronics manufacturing are required.
