Description
Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Production Supervisor for its plywood mill in Madison, Georgia. The role leads a 20- to 30-person wood-products production team in a continuous manufacturing environment, coordinating production, EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, troubleshooting, and cost improvement. The supervisor must work any assigned shift, including day, night, weekend, and holiday hours, and must have at least three years of leadership experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office and PC-based production reporting systems, and preferably an associate's degree or technical diploma, two years of industrial or military supervisory experience, and wood-products or CMMS/SAP/ERP experience.
