Description
Molex is hiring a Production Supervisor in Nogales, Sonora to lead manufacturing operations, coordinate production resources and personnel, support manufacturing problem-solving and quality, and contribute to safety, environmental, Six Sigma, RBA, and CTPAT/OAS standards. The role requires secondary or technical education or equivalent verifiable experience, at least three years of work experience, basic English, Microsoft Office knowledge, and manufacturing process knowledge; engineering or administration education, SAP knowledge, decision-making, proactivity, responsibility, leadership, and communication skills are preferred.
