Description

Molex is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead and support its Stamping operation at the Lincoln, Nebraska facility. The role manages a production team, monitors safety, quality, productivity, and delivery metrics, conducts team huddles, supports employee development, promotes safe work practices, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement. The position is scheduled for the second shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and requires experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing employees in a manufacturing or production environment.
