Description
This role leads a team of entry-level production employees and coordinates plant production activities to meet customer demand and daily distribution requirements, including local delivery routes and shuttle operations. The position oversees staffing, output, inventory, equipment and product quality, safety and compliance initiatives, employee training, shift handoffs, and continuous improvement through 5S, Lean, and Operational Excellence projects, while reporting issues and initiatives to plant management.
