Mach Industries is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for composite airframe structures and unmanned aircraft systems. The role supervises technicians and lead technicians, drives production schedules, ensures compliance with engineering, quality, configuration control, traceability, and safety requirements, coordinates with manufacturing and support teams, and supports production scaling and frontline talent development. Candidates need 3–5 years of aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing experience, 2+ years of shop-floor leadership experience, and familiarity with composite fabrication, GD&T, ASME Y14.5, AS9100/ISO9001, and manufacturing software. The position pays $110,000–$140,000 USD annually and requires availability for extended hours and weekends.
