Description
The Production Manager will supervise skilled PCBA manufacturing operators, manage work-in-progress across frontend, backend, and SSD operations, plan shift objectives, coordinate handoffs and production issues, coach operators, and maintain a safe, collaborative work environment. The role also uses AI tools for technical information retrieval and troubleshooting and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of PCBA manufacturing experience, leadership and communication skills, computer literacy, and availability for a 12-hour shift.
